OS_HTTP_RESPONSE::cookie_expiration($name)
Gets the expiration date and time for the cookie specified by $name if it is present otherwise it
returns undefined.
Context
This function called in http request context will have no effect.
Usage
Can be used to get expiration date for a cookie.
