2.0 EV-3000/3001 Wire Harness

The EV-3000/3001 wire harness wires should be
formed and placed as shown in Figure 2 to allow
access to the other terminal blocks.
(1) Disconnect all AC electrical power from the EV-
3000/3001 and PVR-H controllers.
(2) Remove the 3-pin green terminal block (DC
Power Supply) from PCB169 and remove the two
3-pin green terminal blocks (Unit #1 & Unit #2)
from PCB167 as shown in Figure 2.
(3) Install the PVR-H Harness as shown. Place the
wire harness close to the circuit boards and
through the wire holders.
(4) Ensure that all wires are clear from the hole
drilling locations.
Refer to Section 2.1 for the wire connections diagram
from the EV-3000/3001 to the PVR-H.
