DESCRIPTION

This instruction sheet provides information and photos to
correctly ground the circuit board heat sink during board
replacement of the Farm-Hand Stage Master or Swine
Finisher.

Tools Required

Philips Screwdriver

Nut-Driver Set

Needle Nose Pliers

HEAT SINK GROUNDING
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure All Power Is Removed From Connections

And The Power Cord Is Unplugged.

2. Install the Ground screw from the inside of the

enclosure through the Triac and heat sink. Refer to
Figure 1 and IMPORTANT NOTES.

3. Place the Ground wire spade terminal between the

screw head and the Triac tab.

4. Install the Ground nut to the Ground screw on the

outside of the heat sink and tighten securely. Refer
to Figure 2.

HEAT SINK GROUNDING COMPLETE!

1. Place the Spade

Triac tab as shown.

2. DO

NOT place the Spade

Triac tab and heat sink.

3. Ensure the Triac is

completely flush against
the heat sink.
