WEN 2305 Rotary tool kit Flex Shaft Assembly - Manual

Step 1. Remove the black threaded collar
on the end of the motor by twisting it
counter-clockwise.
Step 2. Note the inner core of the
flexible shaft. Step 3. Pull the inner core out about 3”.
(You may need to grasp it with pliers or
tweezers.)
Step 4. Insert the inner core of the
flexible shaft into the collet hole as far as
it will go. Tighten the collet nut on the
motor by pushing the collet lock in to
keep the shaft from turning and tightening
the collet nut clockwise. Step 5. Screw the silver-colored
shaft adaptor onto the motor
housing. Step 6. At the other end of the shaft
insert the desired attachment by locking
the shaft with the chrome “L” shaped
tool. Insert it in the hole on the side of
the flexible shaft handle.
Step 7. Then insert the attachment and
tighten the collet nut by turning it
