Scheduled Backup
Data backup must be enabled on the server before Scheduled Backup settings can be made in the
application.
See the Avigilon Control Center Server User Guide for more information about enabling backup on the
server through the Avigilon Control Center Admin Tool.
Files are always backed up in the Avigilon Backup (AVK) format. You can review backed up video in the
Avigilon Control Center Player.
Changing Scheduled Backup Settings
Use the Scheduled Backup dialog box to set when video is backed up to the server.
Note: The video backup location is configured in the Avigilon Control Center Admin Tool. See
the Avigilon Control Center Server User Guide for more information.
1. Right-click a server in the System Explorer then select Setup to open the server Setup dialog
box.

2. Click Scheduled Backup.

3. Select the Enable scheduled backups check box.
