MP3/WMA PLAYER OPERATION

Instructions for Insert/Eject, Play/Pause, Track
Selection, Cue/Review, Scan, Repeat, and
Random are the same for CD and MP3
operation. Please see the CD Player Operation
section for information about these topics.

After inserting an MP3/WMA disc, “MP3 T” and
the track number momentarily appear, followed
by the ID Tag (if supported). After these initial
indications, the track number and song title
alternately appear, with the song title scrolling
right to left across the display.

Display Information (DSP)

Press the DSP button (20) to display the ID3
tag, if available. The ID tag can specify the song
title, artist, album, year and/or comments. If no
ID tag is available, “-NO ID3” will appear in the
display following the comments.

Directory Up/Down

Press preset 5 (17) or preset 6 (18) to move
through the MP3/WMA directories/folders. If the
disc does not contain any directories/folders,
and all the songs/files are in the Root Directory,
then these buttons will be inactive while playing
this type of disc.

Direct Access

The D-AUD button (12) functions as the "MP3
Search" button in MP3 mode.
