Fax Forwarding/Paging
When Paging is set to ON, your machine dials the pager number you
have programmed and, when connected, the Paging OGM message
you have recorded is repeated for 60 seconds. This activates your
pager and lets you know you have a fax or voice message in the
Message Manager memory.
When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your machine dials the fax
machine phone number you’ve programmed, and forwards any
faxes you’ve received.
Programming a Fax Forwarding Number

Press Menu/Set , 8 , 6 .

Press or until the screen displays FAX FORWARD .
Press Menu/Set .
The screen prompts you to enter the number of the fax machine
where faxes will be forwarded.

Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits), and press
Menu/Set .

Press Stop/Exit .
You can change a Fax Forwarding number remotely.
You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding at the same time.
