The machine vibrates or is noisy: ■ Check that all the transit bolts and packing
have been removed.
■ Check that the machine is not resting against
anything.
■ Check that the support feet are resting firmly
on the ground.
■ Check that the laundry is evenly distributed in
the drum.
■ Maybe there is very little laundry in the drum.
■
The door will not open: ■ The programme is still running.
■ The door lock has not yet been released.
■ There is water in drum.
■
Water is not visible in the
machine: ■ The machine, which is the result of modern
technology, runs in a very economical way
with low water consumption. Performance is
nevertheless excellent.

number and purchase date of your machine: the
Service Centre will require this information.
