Settings
Language & keyboard
Use the Language & keyboard settings to select the language for the text
on your phone and for configuring the on-screen keyboard, including words
that you’ve added to its dictionary.
Language Settings
Select language Opens a dialog box to choose a language to use on
your phone.
Keyboard Settings
Android keyboard Checkmark this setting to set the device to use
the Android keyboard. If checkmark is removed, only slideout keyboard
enters text.

Vibrate on keypress Checkmark to vibrate each time you touch the
keyboard.
Sound on keypress Checkmark to enable the phone to play a brief
sound each time you touch a key on the on-screen keyboard.
Popup on keypress Checkmark to enable the pop up to appear each
time you touch a key on the on-screen keyboard.
Touch to correct words Checkmark to allow the device to
automatically correct words.
Auto-capitalization Checkmark to automatically capitalize words.
Show settings key Automatic/ Always show/ Always hide
Voice input Opens a dialog box to select where you can access voice
input instead of text.
Input languages Opens a dialog box to select which language dictionaries
will be enabled when you slide your finger across the spacebar.
 Word suggestion settings
Quick fixes Checkmark to enable the device to correct commonly
typed mistakes.
