Using Phone Features
2.3 Answering and Ending
Calls
When you receive a phone call, the
Incoming message will appear,
allowing you to either answer or
ignore the call.
Accepting or rejecting an
incoming voice call
To answer a call
Do either of the following:
● Tap .
● Press the SEND Key .
To reject a call
Do either of the following:
● Tap in the Options
taskbar, then tap Ignore .
● Press the End Key .
To reject a call and send a text
message
If you can't take a call, you can
reject it and automatically reply to
the caller with a text message
instead. When the phone alerts you
to a call:
1. Tap in the Options
taskbar, then tap Respond with
text message .
2. Tap the text message you want
to respond with, such as I'm in a
meeting; I'll call you later .
3. Tap Send in the Options
taskbar.
To accept a phone call when the
phone is locked
You can receive an incoming call
when the phone is locked. When
the phone is locked, the following
screen is shown when you accept
the call:
