Smart Diagnosis
- Should you experience any problems with
your appliance, it has the capability of
transmitting troubleshooting information via
phone or Wi-Fi.
- Select the method of Smart Diagnosis that
you would like to use.
- Touch the Wi-Fi Diagnosis button from the Smart Diagnosis Settings screen.
- To use this feature, the appliance must be connected to a Wi-Fi network using the Wi-Fi modem.
- Call the Service Center and follow the agent’s instructions to send the diagnosis contents via Wi-Fi.

- Touch the Audible Diagnosis button to use
Smart Diagnosis using your Smart Phone or
the call center.
Smart Diagnosis using your Smart Phone:
1. Touch the Audible Diagnosis button.
2. Touch the Self Diagnose using your smart
phone button.
3. Follow the instructions on the display screen.
Smart Diagnosis using the LG Customer
Support Center:
1. Touch the Audible Diagnosis button.
2. Touch the Smart diagnosis through the call
center button.
3. Follow the directions on the display screen.
