Connect the supplied AC adapter from the unit
to a power socket.

Connecting the Automotive
adapter
This unit and its automotive adapter are
designed for use in vehicles that have 8.5-15
volt, negative ground electrical systems. This is
standard for most vehicles. If your vehicle has
a different type of electrical system, the DC
power system cannot be used.
