From Windows Explorer, navigate to
<IO-installation-path>\chargeback\bin\reports

To view the results, do one of the following:
a.
Drag output.xml to your browser's URL bar to view the file in your browser.
b.
Run Microsoft Excel, and open output.xml.
c.
Edit the output.xml file with information from a downloaded xsl file to create a report.
