Using the software 22
The Product Knowledge tab displays suggested resolutions to the alert. To view full knowledge
information, click View additional knowledge from the Alert Details pane. If necessary, launch the
Console Tasks listed in the Product Knowledge.
Use the information in the alert to implement a rapid response and maintain system availability.
For additional system data, launch the HP BladeSystem Enclosure Monitor Manager for the monitoring
configuration, launch the HP Onboard Administrator on the individual enclosure from the link in the Alert
Description at Alert Details panel, or use HP SIM to manage multiple enclosures. To set up the custom HP
SIM task, see the HP Server Management Packs user guide.
