Click the Browse button to browse for and select the CSV file.

Click the Use a csv with header checkbox to accurately import a CSV file with a header.

Enter the correct values in the following fields to determine the correct locations of information in the
CSV file: Cost center column, User name column, Total print allowed, Total color print allowed, CSV
separator.
6.
Click the Import file button to import the CSV file.
15.10 End user notification
Three options are available to notify the end user of their quota status:

Messenger Service
●
Quota client
●
MyQuota website
15.10.1 Messenger Service
NOTE:
Messenger Service is available for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP only.
You can enable the quota Messenger Service from the HP Access Control (HP AC) Configuration Utility. Go to
the Settings tile > Print server tab. Check the End-user notification checkbox. This requires that the
messenger service is running on the end-user desktop.
