As document C matches two criteria, it will be assigned $0.5 as cost. Then the priority is given to the color-
printed document. If no other criterion matches a priority, the document is charged according to its media
cost.
8.4.2 Modify a fixed cost
Complete the following steps to modify a fixed cost:

Select the cost to modify, and click the Modify parameters icon. The Modify a fixed cost page
contains information already entered regarding this cost.

After you have modified the desired data, click the Go icon to accept the modification, or the Cancel
icon to stop the operation.
CAUTION:
For any modification of your fixed costs, HP Access Control (HP AC) Job Accounting will
recalculate any cost related to the modifications. This operation, depending on the quantity of jobs tracked in
the database, can take several minutes.
