Getting Help in
NetCommand
During your NetCommand session, you can use the HELP command to display the
syntax of a specific command, or to display a list of the commands that you are
authorized to use.
HELP [
word [word]... | /OTHER/ ]
word
is any command that you are authorized to use or any word for which
NetCommand help text exists.
OTHER
causes NetCommand to show you a list of words that are not commands, but for
which help text is available.
Considerations
If you specify a word, NetCommand shows you the associated help text.
If you enter HELP without a parameter, NetCommand shows you a list of the
commands you are authorized to use.
The NetCommand HELP command has the same name as the TACL HELP command.
Thus, you cannot use the TACL HELP command unless your system manager has
defined an alias for it.
Getting Information About
the Environment
Use the ENV command, which is shown in the following box, to display information
about the current NetCommand environment.
ENV
In response to the ENV command, NetCommand displays the following information:

Which nodes you can control from the current NetCommand
environment.

Class
