These folders can then be viewed from the File View page, and administered
from the Discs & Drive page, see “Define Access Rights for Group Folders” on
page 92.
Define Access Rights
for Group Folders
The group folders created with your file management tool will appear on the
Discs & Drive page in the Discs and File System view.
When moving a disc from the Volumes folder to a new group folder, shares and
access rights defined for the disc will be removed. However, when moving a disc
from a group folder to the Volumes folder or to another group folder, the disc
will keep its shares and access rights.
To access and view the contents of a folder simply select the name of the
required folder.
Deleting a
Group Folder
A group folder must be empty before it can be deleted. Make sure than no un-
finalized CD-R or CD-RW discs are accidentally left in the group folder since
the contents on these discs will be deleted.
