Description
Name
Shows whether data collection for a system crash is enabled or not.
Automatic data collection
enabled
The retention policy. The number denotes the number of previously collected tar files to
be retained in each node.
Number of data sets to be
retained
After each data collection, a zip file containing specified StoreOnce and system command
outputs representing the system configuration may be sent. This can be enabled or
disabled.
Send system configuration
by email enabled
SMTP server to send the configuration information.
SMTP server
Email ID from which the configuration email will be sent.
From
Email ID to which configuration will be sent.

IMPORTANT:
When contacting HP Support it is important to provide the correct serial number
for the product. This is the bundled serial number located on a label or warranty tag attached to
the product and NOT the serial number that appears on the GUI. See
for more details.
Data collection
This page provides a log of generated data collections. Collect a log, download it, and delete it
from this page. Note that support tickets can be quite large in size.
NOTE:
The Collect, Download, Delete, and Delete All buttons are only available in the GUI to
Administrators. However, Operators can still Collect and Delete support tickets using the CLI.
