• When the DC2 volume becomes a svol_pair, it executes a
swap-takeover to become a pvol_pair:
• If DC2 attempts a failback while the DC1 volume is still SMPL, it is a
State 10 situation. The takeover operation returns an EX_VOLCRE
(local/remote vol currency) error.
