NOTE If your HP AutoPilot Client has fax origination capability, you can redirect
the printed summary to a service center, or other facility by using the fax
software's print-to-fax feature.
If you are not sure how to respond to an alert notification, print a copy of the HP
AutoPilot notification for service reference, then call your dealer or contact HP
Customer Support.
HP AutoPilot Close (OK)
After you have received an HP AutoPilot notification, you can remove the message at
any time by clicking OK. If an Advice screen is also displayed, you must first close
the Advice screen before you can remove the notification.
If another message arrived at your HP AutoPilot Client prior to the one you are
currently viewing, you will find that, upon closing, the current message is replaced by
the earlier notification. In this case, click OK again to clear other messages.
Continue clicking OK until all notifications have been cleared.
When all notifications are closed, HP AutoPilot returns your HP AutoPilot Client to
the application that was running prior to receipt of the first alarm notification.
