When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed to reduce
the risk of fire, electric shock, and injury to persons,
including the following:

1. Read all instructions before using the appliance.
2. DANGER – To reduce the risk of electric shock:

a. Always unplug this appliance from the

electrical outlet after using and before
cleaning.

b. DO NOT reach for an appliance that has

fallen into water. Unplug immediately.

c. DO NOT use while bathing or in a shower.
d. DO NOT place or store appliance where it

can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. DO
NOT place in or drop into water or other
liquid.

e. DO NOT operate in a wet or moist condition.

3. WARNING – To reduce the risk of burns, fire,

electric shock, or injury to persons:

a. This appliance should never be left

unattended when plugged in. Unplug
from outlet when not in use, and before
putting on or taking off parts.

b. DO NOT operate under blanket or pillow.

Excessive heating can occur and cause fire,
electric shock, or injury to persons.

c. Close supervision is necessary when this

appliance is used by, on, or near children,
invalids, or disabled persons. THIS IS
NOT A TOY.

d. Use this appliance only for its intended use

as described in this manual. DO NOT use
attachments not recommended by GE.

e. Never operate this appliance if it has a

damaged cord or plug, if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged,
or dropped into water. Return the appliance
to a service center for examination and
repair.

f. DO NOT carry this appliance by supply

cord or use cord as a handle.

g. Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
h. Never operate the appliance with the air

openings blocked. Keep the air openings
free of lint, hair and the like.

i. Never drop or insert any object into any

opening.

j. DO NOT use outdoors.

k. DO NOT operate where aerosol (spray)

products are being used or where oxygen is
being administered.

l. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off

position, then remove plug from outlet

m. DO NOT stand on appliance. Use only while

seated.

n. DO NOT use around sharp objects, as the

nodes could be damaged.

o. Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause

serious burns. DO NOT use heated surfaces
over insensitive skin areas or in the presence
of poor circulation. The unattended use of
heat by children or incapacitated persons may
be dangerous.

4. Use appliance only for intended household use

as described in this manual. Any other use not
recommended by the manufacturer may cause
fire, electric shock, or injury to persons. The
use of attachments not recommended or sold
by GE may cause hazards.

5. DO NOT attempt to repair or adjust any

electrical or mechanical functions on this unit.
Doing so will void your warranty. The inside of
the unit contains no user serviceable parts. All
servicing should be performed by qualified
personnel only.

• Never insert anything into any opening on

this product

TO USE

1. Always check that Heat and Speed settings are

in the “Off” position before plugging into an
electrical outlet. Insert plug into a 120-volt
household electrical outlet.

2. Your massager comes with 2

sets (4 pieces each) of custom
attachments: (Figure 1)
• Black nodes are hard for

deep, intense massage

• Blue Comfort Gel nodes

are soft, for a more gentle, soothing massage.

For best results start with the soft blue Comfort
Gel nodes until you have become accustomed to
the percussion massage.

3. To attach the nodes screw in

each clockwise. To remove
the nodes, unscrew
counter-clockwise. (Figure 2)

4. Always turn massager off

before changing attachments.
After changing attachments,
begin massage in lowest setting, gradually
increasing speed to your personal comfort level.

FOR BODY MASSAGE

This massager has two cushioned foam handles for
versatility and ease of use.

1. To turn unit on, locate the

variable speed dial on the
right side of the massager
(Figure 3). Turn the dial
toward the “Low” setting
mark to engage the motor.
For best results start with the
speed set in the “Low” setting. Once you are
accustomed to the percussion massage, slowly
increase the speed to a comfortable setting.

2. Apply massager to body areas such as back,

shoulders, arms, thighs, and calves. Use caution
to keep hair away from massage modes. DO
NOT apply massage to head (including eyes
and temples) or throat area. Use caution when
massaging neck area. For best results, move
massager in a slow continuous motion,
constantly changing the area being massaged.

3. TO APPLY HEAT: Locate the

“Heat” switch on the left side
of the unit (Figure 4). Rotate
dial toward “On” setting. Red
indicator (Figure 4) will
illuminate to indicate that
the heat is on. Heat should
be pleasant and comfortable.
Should you experience pain or discomfort,
discontinue use immediately and consult your
physician. DO NOT use heat continuously for
more than 20 minutes. DO NOT use heat on

sensitive, discolored, swollen, burned, inflamed
or sore skin. Persons with diabetes should
consult physician before using this product.

4. To turn “Heat” off, rotate switch to the “Off”

setting.

5. To turn “Speed” off, rotate switch to the “Off”

setting.

FOR FOOT MASSAGE

1. DO NOT stand on unit. Always use while seated.
2. Place massager on a level floor surface.
3. To turn unit on, locate the variable speed dial

on the right side of the massager (Figure 3).
Turn the dial toward the “Low” setting mark to
engage the motor. For best results start with the
speed set in the “Low” setting. Once you are
accustomed to the percussion massage, slowly
increase the speed to a comfortable setting.

4. Gently apply ONE foot to the massager, moving

it back and forth over the massage nodes. As
you become accustomed to the massage you can
increase the speed to a comfortable setting.

5. TO APPLY HEAT: Locate the “Heat” switch on

the left side of the unit (Figure 4). Rotate dial
toward “On” setting. Red indicator (Figure 4)
will illuminate to indicate that the heat is on.
Heat should be pleasant and comfortable.
Should you experience pain or discomfort,
discontinue use immediately and consult your
physician. DO NOT use heat continuously for
more than 20 minutes. DO NOT use heat on
sensitive, discolored, swollen, burned, inflamed
or sore skin. Persons with diabetes should

6. To turn “Heat” off, rotate switch to the “Off”

the “Off” setting.

CONSUMER SAFETY INFORMATION

This massager should not be used in the following
cases:

• If you have any concerns regarding your health

consult your doctor before using this product.

• Individuals with pacemakers should consult a

doctor before using this product.

• Never leave massager unattended.
• DO NOT fall asleep while using this product.
• Massage should be comfortable and pleasant.

Should pain or discomfort result, discontinue
use and consult your doctor.

• DO NOT use for more than 20 minutes at a

time. Extensive use could cause the product to
overheat. Should this occur, discontinue use and
allow the unit to cool before operating.

• Avoid the use of the massager with an extension

cord because the extension cord may overheat
and cause a risk of fire. However if you have to
use an extension cord, the extension cord should
be suitable for the electrical rating on the
product.

• Do not use the massager on the following body

areas in these instances:
Any area of the body that is swollen, burned or
inflamed or where skin eruptions or ulcerated
sores are present.
Any area of the body that is anaesthetized
unless approved by your doctor.
Legs with varicose veins.
Calves and legs with unexpected pain.
Head (including eyes and temples)
Throat
Use caution when massaging neck area

THIS PRODUCT IS EQUIPPED WITH A POLARIZED AC
(Alternating Current) PLUG (a plug having one blade
wider than the other). This plug will fit into the power
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into
the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact qualified personnel to install the proper outlet.
DO NOT DEFEAT THE SAFETY PURPOSE OF THIS
POLARIZED PLUG IN ANY WAY.
