2005 and Later Ford Mustang Line and Bleeder Kit

The McLeod AN-4 line and bleeder kit can be easily installed by following these easy steps. The Key

components found in this kit are noted in Figure 1.

Figure 1

Attach the supplied AN-4 line to the master cylinder and route down to the bell housing area. Screw the
AN-4 quick disconnect fittings to the AN-4 line supplied in the kit and to the line from the factory slave
cylinder and tighten securely. Press the release clips on the Bleeder Fitting Connector until they snap

flush against the Bleeder Fitting Connector. The AN-4 Wire Clip Fittings can now be pressed into the
Bleeder Fitting Connector. They will snap into position. To remove the quick disconnect AN-4 fittings
from the connector, use a small flat blade screw driver to pry the release clips away from the connector.

Be careful not to pull the clips completely off of the connector. The release clips will stay on the
connector while releasing the fittings.

If you must bleed a large amount of fluid / air from the system there is a bleeder nut on the connector
with a rubber plug attached to a nipple. Remove the rubber plug and attach a hose to the nipple. Loosen

the bleeder nut on the connector (11mm), be sure to use a back-up wrench on the main connector
housing (17mm) to prevent damage. Caution: This is a plastic assembly, use the correct tools and do
not over tighten!
