Connect the mounting plate ground wire to a suitable
ground in accordance with local electrical codes.
Connect the white driver wire to the neutral power line
wire with a wire nut.
Connect the black driver wire to the hot power line wire
with a wire nut.

15 For wet locations, caulk around the base with
waterproof construction sealant.

Properly place all the wires and wire nut connections in
the electrical box.
Replace the fixture onto the mounting and secure it in
place by reinstalling the four set screws. (reversal of
figure 1A).
