3.45 Working with fax messages

Editing fax cover
Cover page edit commands are divided on three groups: drawing,
formatting, and general operation.
Drawing Commands
Select Insert Object from the Tools menu, select the desired object and
draw it. There are 7 types of objects to be used in the cover page; text, field,
line, rectangle, round rectangle, ellipse, graphic object. To change the text or
the object properties, select
Properties from the Edit menu.
Formatting Commands
A set of formatting commands is available for selection only. To activate
these commands, select
Align Object , Make Same Size , or Move from the
Tools menu, and select the desired operation.
General Edit Commands
All common commands such as Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Select All,
Duplicate are available in the Edit menu.
Cover Page Editor Options
To make a sample page more convenient the edit and future use, it is
possible to:
- show or hide a grid. Use button on the tool bar.
- show or hide the object boundaries. Use button on the tool bar.
