Voice SVC 101
• Check: Verify your phone's Status, Voicemail, Messages,
Missed Calls, Time, Signal Strength, Battery Level, Volume,
or My Number.
• Contacts: Find a Contact by name and review the Contact’s
information.
• Redial: Redial the last number you dialed.
• Help: View Voice Commands usage information.
Note:Speaking clearly, say the command that you want to use.
If VoiceSignal does not recognize a command, it
prompts you to repeat the command. If VoiceSignal still
does not recognized the command, it tells you “Sorry,
no match found” and cancels voice recognition.
Voice Command Tips:
• Make sure you wait for the beep before speaking.
• Speak clearly at a normal volume, as if you were talking on the
phone.
Voice Settings
To access the Voice Settings menu:
Ⅲ From the Voice SVC menu, select Voice Settings.
Confirm Choices
When Vsuite cannot recognize a name or number, it displays
a choice list of up to three possible choices, and prompts you
to confirm the correct one. To change the way Vsuite uses
choice lists:
Ⅲ From the Voice Settings menu, select Confirm
Choices. The available options are:
• Automatic: VSuite displays a choice list only when it does not
recognize a spoken name or number.
• Always Confirm: VSuite always displays a choice list, even
when there is only one choice.
• Never Confirm: VSuite never displays a choice list.
Sensitivity
1. From the Voice Settings menu, select Sensitivity.
2. Select More Sensitive, Automatic (the default value), or
Less Sensitive.
