Emergency Alerts
1. From the Messages menu, select Msg Settings ➔
Emergency Alerts. The following options appear in the
display:
• Receive Alerts: Choose to receive/not receive Extreme Alert,
Severe Alert, and/or Amber Alert CMAS alerts.
• Alert Reminder: Choose whether CMAS alerts will be repeated
Once, Every 2 Minutes, Every 15 Minutes, or not repeated
(Off).
• Alert Vibrate: Disable (Off) or enable (On) vibration when you
receive a CMAS alert.
• Alert Tone: Disable (Off) or enable (On) playing of an alert tone
when you receive a CMAS alert.
