Timer: allows you to easily access your Timer.

Go on a Diet: allows you to see how many days it has
been since starting a diet. Touch the icon and touch
Start to start keeping track of days.

Birthday: displays an on-screen alert for up to 5
upcoming birthdays. These dates must have been
previously entered as an entry within the Address
Book on the day assigned for that person's birthday.
