Message folders
Your messages are stored in any one of six folders. The
sections that follow cover the message folders in
greater detail.
Inbox
Received text messages are stored in the Inbox folder.
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu , then
press , to open the Inbox folder.
Tip: Press the right soft key ( ) MSG while in a call to
open the Message menu.
2. Use the navigation key to highlight the message that you
wish to view.
3. Press to view contents of the highlighted message.
4. While viewing your message press the left soft key ( )
Option to display the options listed in the following table.
5. Use the navigation key to highlight an option. Press
to perform the function for the highlighted option.
Outbox
Your phone stores messages in the Outbox , regardless of
whether the message was successfully transmitted. You can

1 Forward Forward the message to another recipient.
2 Delete Delete the message and its contents.
3 Save Text Save only the text in the message.
4 Save Msg Save the message to the Saved message folder.
5 Save Addr
Save the number of the sender to your Phone
Book as a new entry or add to an existing entry.
6 Block Addr
Block future messages from the phone number of
the sender
