2. Select None, (your phone number), or Other and press .
Adding a Customized Signature
Add a customized signature to each message you send.
1. Press > Messages > Settings > Signature.
2. Select On or Off to activate or deactivate the Signature function.
3. Enter a signature and press .
4. Press DONE (left softkey).
Resetting the Envelope
Your phone may temporarily continue to display the message icon after you have checked your
voice and text messages.
1. Press > Messages > Voicemail > Clear Envelope.
2. Highlight Yes or No and press .
Using Auto Combination
You can display single messages from the same thread into multi-segment messages. The
messages would then display a single message.
1. Press > Messages > Settings > Auto Combination.
2. Highlight On or Off and press .
Managing Preset Messages
Your phone is loaded with 20 preset messages to help make sending text messages easier.
Customize or delete these messages, such as “Where are you?”, “Call me”, and “Meet me at” to
suit your needs, or add your own messages to the list.
To delete a preset message:
1. Press > Messages > Settings > Preset Messages. (You will see the list of preset
messages.)
2. Press OPTIONS (right softkey).
