Touch the desired VPN type. The following settings are
available, depending on the VPN type:

Note: Contact your Information Technology support personnel for the correct

values for these settings.

• VPN name

• Set VPN server (L2TP/IPSec PSK and L2TP/IPSec CRT

networks)

• Set IPSec pre-shared key (L2TP/IPSec PSK networks only)

• Enable L2TP secret (L2TP and L2TP/IPSec PSK networks)

• Set L2TP secret (L2TP and L2TP/IPSec PSK networks)

• Set user certificate (L2TP/IPSec CRT networks only)

• Set CA (Certificate Authority) certificate (L2TP/IPSec CRT

networks only)

• Enable encryption

• DNS search domains

Accessing a VPN connection

From the Home screen, press

Menu

Settings

Wireless & network settings menu, touch VPN settings.

Touch the desired VPN connection.

3.

Enter a password at the prompt, then press OK. Your phone
completes the VPN connection.

Memory Card

Your phone supports optional, removable microSD™ or
microSDHC™ memory cards of up to 32 GB capacity, for storage
of music, pictures, videos, and other files.

Installing and Removing a Memory Card

For information about installing and removing a memory card,
see “Memory Card” on page 10.

Important!: To prevent damage to information stored on the memory card,

unmount the card before removing it from the phone.

Erasing a Memory Card

Erasing prepares a used Memory Card for use with your phone by
erasing all content and adding required folders.

Caution!: Do not routinely erase Memory Cards when you simply wish to

delete some files. Repeated erasing of a Memory Card can shorten
its useful life.

From the Home screen, press

Menu, then touch

Settings

Storage

2.

Touch Unmount SD card.

3.

After unmounting the SD card, touch Erase SD card.

4.

Follow the prompts to confirm the erasing of the card.
