applications. If installing in a non-wood frame application, we recommend consulting a qualified builder or electrician.

Caution: Be sure power is off at the main breaker box prior to
installation.

1. Carefully unpack the fixture from the carton.
2. Place the wall mounting plate (B) over the electrical box

using the center hole provided being sure to hold it plum
and level. With a pencil, mark the location of all
mounting holes in the wall mount bracket on the wall
behind. Set aside the wall mounting plate and drill 1/4"
holes in the locations marked on the wall. For holes using
anchors, place the tapered end of the anchors (F) into the
holes and gently tap them flush to the wall using a light
weight hammer. Using two machine screws (not
provided), fasten the mounting plate (B) to the outlet box,
making sure the mounting holes are level.

Note: A new outlet box comes with screws. When
replacing a fixture, retain the screws for use with the new
fixture.
IMPORTANT: Fixture must be secured to a solidly
mounted electrical box. If in doubt, contact a qualified
electrician.

3. Move fixture (A) into position. Using suitable wire connectors (not provided), connect the fixture wires to the

supply wires; white to white, black to black, and bare copper or green to bare copper or green. Connect all ground
wires to mounting plate (B) using cupped washer (E) and ground screw (C).

Caution: Make sure wire connectors are twisted on securely and no bare wires are exposed.

4. Place fixture firmly against wall and fasten with two screws (D).
5. Install light bulb provided. (13 watt T2 fluorescent)
6. Restore electricity at main breaker.

Caution: Do not exceed maximum wattage noted on fixture. Use only recommended bulbs with fixture.
