e Monitor Settings
Choose whether or not to display information in the monitor, and set the monitor brightness.

The following display options are available.

Photo info
Choose information displayed in monitor during shooting and playback mode.
Brightness
Choose from five settings for monitor brightness. The default setting is 3. When
monitor brightness boost (
A 8) is activated, the monitor brightness is set to 5 and
cannot be changed.
Shooting mode Playback mode

Auto info
(default setting) The current settings or operation guide is displayed for a few seconds, as in
Show info above. Thereafter, display will be the same as Hide info.
