Intended use
The lifting out device for ROWELD P500/18“B and P630/24“B may only be mounted on the basic machine
with the appropriate static stability. The lifting out device is only to be used for insertion and lifting out of
the milling device and heating element in the basic machine and the adjusting box.

Read and understand the attached product manual for the chain hoist and chassis!

Push support foot (1) into the lower square tube (L or R) of the basic machine P500/18“B-P630/24“B.
Î
Place lower section (2) on plate on support foot and fasten with 4 hexagonal screws (9), 4 lock
washers (10) and 4 hexagonal nuts (7).
Î
Push support foot with column onto the chassis of the basic machine (bore holes in the column and
chassis must be aligned) and screw with 1 hexagonal screw (11.1 =P500/18“B) or (11.2 =P630/24“B),
1x washer (13) and 1 hexagonal nut (7) onto the chassis.
Î
Clamp support foot with column at the side to the chassis by means of 1 hexagonal screw (8).
Î
Adjust the machine foot (6) to the substrate appropriately.
