Other problems
The operation is unstable when your CLIÉ handheld is
connected to your computer
B If you connect the plug adapter (cradle) to your computer using a USB hub
or USB extension cable, the operations may not work properly. Connect
the USB cable directly to the USB port of your computer.
“Unsafe Removal of Device” message is suddenly
displayed on the screen of your computer
B Do not remove your CLIÉ handheld from the plug adapter (cradle) or tap
Exit during check in/check out (Sending music).
Your CLIÉ handheld does not make any sound while
operating
B If you use the headphone connected to your CLIÉ handheld, the system
sound of your CLIÉ handheld, the alarm sound and the game sound can be
heard from the headphone only.
B Make sure that the volume is not set to the Muting mode.
You cannot insert “Memory Stick” media into your CLIÉ
handheld
B You may be inserting “Memory Stick” media in the wrong direction.
Insert “Memory Stick” media in the correct direction.
