If connecting a digital audio system that is compatible with
Audio Return Channel (ARC) technology, use HDMI IN 1
on the bottom of the TV. If not, an additional connection
with DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) is necessary.
REMOTE
These jacks are for receiving the external control signal.
Enables extended command of the RS232C using these jacks
(IR IN, Serial Control).
IR IN : connect to the IR out terminal of the home controller.
Serial Control : connect to the RS232C terminal of the home
controller.
Take care not to connect to headphones or external audio
system.
If [RS232C Control] is set to [On], [BRAVIA Sync Settings]
is not available.
