Why doesn't my computer respond fast enough while Windows Aero is running?
Performance of your computer is not guaranteed while Windows Aero is running. It is recommended you disable Windows
Aero to ensure optimum performance.
To disable Windows Aero, follow these steps:

Right-click on the desktop and select Personalize.

Select themes other than Aero Themes.
