Selecting the play mode for
group play (Group Play Mode)

Do steps 1 to 2 of “Selecting the play
mode” (page 30).

After normal playback (page 22), the
following play modes appears after
normal play.

Select “RepON” or “RepOFF”.

page 26.

Selecting the sound quality

Enter the menu and select “SOUND”
- “SOUND1” or “SOUND2”.

To cancel Digital Sound Preset

Select “OFF”.

Adjusting the sound quality

Enter the menu and select “SOUND”
- “SET”.

Press . or > repeatedly until
“SOUND1” or “SOUND2” appears
in the display, and then press ENTER/
NX.
The display shows the currently
“BASS” sound setting.

Press . or > repeatedly to
adjust the sound level.

Press ENTER/NX.

“BASS” is set and the display
changes to “TRE” (treble) setting
mode.

Press . or > repeatedly to
adjust the sound level, and then press
ENTER/NX to enter the selection.

“TRE” (treble) is set.
The sound settings are saved and the
playback display appears again.

To cancel the procedure

Press MENU.

To return the preceding
settings

Press x/CANCEL.

Shuffle play starts with
the group that is
currently playing, and
continues with the

The sound can be adjusted in 8 steps.
(–4, –3, ...±0, ...+2, +3)
