Troubleshooting

You received an email message sent from Mailer Daemon.

c Email you sent has not been delivered to the addressee. Check the email address. If

you receive an email message from Mailer Daemon and the destination address is
correct, the server may be down, or the email address may have been changed.

Attached files are not saved on the “Memory Stick.”

c Your camcorder can receive files with the following extensions: .jpg, .mpg, .jpeg and

.mpeg. Check the file type.

c The message “Folder No. Full” appears when the “Memory Stick” is full. Delete any

unnecessary data or insert another “Memory Stick,” and then try to receive email
again.

c All of your downloaded email messages are stored on the “Memory Stick.” Insert a

new “Memory Stick” that has enough memory and download the email again. Also
check that the lock switch is released.

c You can restrict the file size of downloaded email messages. Check the item “Restrict”

on the Network Options screen.

been modified. If the link structure is modified, follow the address to its source. (For
example, when you cannot access “http://www.sony.co.jp/xxxx/”, then try to access
“http://www.sony.co.jp/”)

The web page cannot be displayed.
