I cannot hear sound when playing a CD.
Complete the following procedure to ensure the audio function is turned on.
1. Click Start on the Windows ® taskbar, then click Control Panel, Printers and Other Hardware, and then System in
the See Also menu on the left. The System Properties window opens.
2. Select the Hardware tab and then click Device Manager in the Device Manager box. A window opens, listing your
notebook hardware devices.
3. Double-click DVD/CD-ROM drives. From the drop-down list, double-click the drive name. A properties window
opens.
Select the "Use this device (enable)" check box if it is not already selected and then click OK.
