POACHED EGGS

1. Place 100 ml of hot water and a dash of

vinegar and salt in a small bowl.

2. Heat for 1 minute at 1000 W for the water to

boil.

3. Break the egg. Pierce the yolk and the

white of the egg several times.

4. Cover with cling film or a dish, cook eggs at

600W for 30 seconds. (If you want to cook
more eggs, refer to the cooking table).

5. Allow the eggs to stand for 1 minute without

covering, then serve.

SCRAMBLED EGGS

1. Mix the eggs, milk, knob of butter and pinch

of pepper in a Pyrex dish.

2. Heat the mixture at 1000 W (in accordance

with the first cooking period mentioned in
the table).

3. Stir accordingly.

4. Heat the mixture for a second time at

1000 W (in accordance with the second
cooking period mentioned in the table).

5. Allow to stand until the soft eggs become

firmer.
