The following are the settings used for both recording and playback.
Common menu
Common settings operation
• When the unit is not in the stop state, press
[STOP g/RETURN].
1 Press [MENU].
2 Press u, i to select the setting
item (“BEEP” or “LED”) and press
[q OK] to enter.
• The setting item that is blinking is currently
selected.
3 Press +, – to change the setting and
press [q OK] to enter.
To exit the setting screen, press
[STOP g/RETURN].

BEEP (Beep sound)
The button operation sound can be set.
: Beep sound.
: No beep sound.
(The factory setting is “ ”.)
● Even if the beep sound is set to “ ”, the
operation beep sound is not output during
recording or while recording is paused.
LED (Recording indicator)
You can choose whether to set the recording
indication light ON or OFF.
: Lights.
: Does not light.
(The factory setting is “ ”.)
● Even if “LED” is set to “ ”, the indicator
blinks during operations such as file deletion.
