By using the Bluetooth ® connection, you can
listen to the sound from the Bluetooth ® device
wirelessly.
Refer to the owner’s manual of the Bluetooth
®
device for details.
≥ If you intend to use an NFC (Near Field
Communication)-compatible Bluetooth ® device,
proceed to “One-Touch Connection
(Connecting by NFC)”.

Turn on the Bluetooth ® feature of the
device.

Press [ ].
≥ If “Panasonic BTT” is displayed on the
Bluetooth ® menu of the device, go to step 4.

Press and hold [jPAIRING].
≥ “PAIrInG” will be displayed on the unit’s
display and the unit will enter pairing
standby mode.
≥ If another Bluetooth ® device is already
connected, the connection will be
terminated automatically.

Select “Panasonic BTT” from the
Bluetooth
® menu of the device.
≥ If another Bluetooth ® device is already
connected, disconnect it.
≥ “ConnECtEd” will be displayed on the unit’s
display and the connection will be
established.

Start play on the Bluetooth ® device.
≥ If prompted for the passkey, input “0000”.
≥ You can register up to 8 devices with this system. If a 9th
device is paired, one of the other registered devices will be
replaced.
≥ This system can only be connected to one device at a time.
≥ When “Bluetooth” is selected as the source, this system
will automatically try and connect to the last connected
Bluetooth ® device. If the connection attempt fails, try to
establish a connection again.
≥ If you switch the source, the Bluetooth ® device will be
disconnected.
≥ If the image and sound are out of sync during playback,
restart the playback application you are using. If the
problem persists, connect the Bluetooth ® device and this
unit with an audio cable.
≥ “Bluetooth Standby Mode” (> 31)
For NFC-compatible Android TM devices only
(Android TM version 4.1 or higher)
Simply by touching an NFC-compatible
Bluetooth
® device on the unit, you can complete
all preparations, from registering a Bluetooth ®
device to establishing a connection.

Turn on the NFC feature of the device.

Touch and hold your device on the NFC
touch area of this unit. (> 10)
≥ If the unit is in standby, it will turn on, and
“nFC” will be displayed on the unit’s display.
Keep the device in contact with the unit.
≥ When the Bluetooth ® device is paired and
connected, “ConnECtEd” is displayed on
the unit’s display. Once the registration and
connection of the Bluetooth
® device is
complete, move the device away from the
unit.
≥ If “ConnECtEd” is not displayed, change the
touching position.

Start play on the Bluetooth ® device.
≥ When the connection is established, the playback may
start automatically depending on the type of device being
used.
≥ The One-Touch Connection may not work properly
depending on the type of device being used.
