Record in the AVCHD standard
Easy edit
Collect and record your favourite images
• A video camera that does not support recording from
PCs will not be displayed as the recording destination
if connected.
• The recording destination cannot be selected in data
addition mode.

Click [
] button and select [AVCHD].
• If the SD card or the DVD-RAM disc is selected in the
[Save To], [AVCHD] will be selected automatically and
it is impossible to change it.

Confirm the free space of the recording destination.
• If the size of the recording data exceeds the free space
on the destination, the amount that cannot be stored
will be displayed in red.
In this case, click [Close] button to return to the Edit
window, and delete some images from the image
recording list.
• Even if a drive in which no SD card or DVD disc is
inserted is selected as the recording destination, the
capacity is set automatically.
If the capacity is not appropriate for the capacity of the
card or the disc where the data will actually be
recorded, click the [
] button on the left to change it
manually.

Select a layout.

Click [Bg/Layout] button.
• If you select [User’s picture], a picture (JPEG format)
on your PC can be used for the background. Select a
picture in the File selection window and click the
[Open] button.

Select one of the methods for arranging images by
clicking the choice.
• If the number of the frames is less than the number
of images, images are divided into several pages.
(How to switch the pages:
•
The maximum number of pages for layout is 10.
