REPLACEMENT PARTS PROCEDURE

To ensure against possible long and costly down time
periods, especially on critical services, it is advisable to
have spare parts on hand.

Repair orders will be handled with a minimum of delay if
the following directions are followed:

1.

Give model number, size of pump, and serial number.
These can be obtained from the nameplate on the
pump.

2.

Write plainly the name and part number of each part
required. These names and numbers should agree with
those on the bill of material.

3.

Give the number of parts required.

4.

Give complete shipping instructions.

Light Duty - Random mildly abrasive particles

(1) Seal/Gasket Set

Medium Duty - Light slurries up to 1.2 SG with
moderately abrasive materials

(1) Impeller

Heavy Duty - Slurries over 1.2 SG with highly abrasive
materials
