Attach the wheel support (3) to the middle of the cart 1.
bed (2) using eight 5/16 x 1-1/4" hex bolts (12) and
5/16" nylock nuts (17).

Assemble the latch stand bracket (6) to the cart bed 2.
using four 1/4 x 1" hex bolts (15) and 1/4" nylock nuts
(19).
tighten.

Turn cart over and place tongue (8) on latch stand 3.

Assemble the step bracket (10) to the latch lock 5.
bracket (9) using two 5/16 x 3/4" hex bolts (14) and
5/16" nylock nuts (17).
