Operations and Maintenance Instructions

Be sure anyone operating this unit reads and understands all warnings and instructions. Keep this
manual available for reference/training.

SAFETY WARNINGS

You will find various types of safety information on the following pages and on the labels attached to Graymills equipment. The following
Safety Statements explain their meaning:


This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential personal injury
hazards. Obey all safety messages that follow this symbol to avoid personal injury or
death.


DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or
serious injury.


WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death
or serious injury.


CAUTION, used with the safety alert symbol, indicates a hazardous situation which, if
not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury.


CAUTION, without the safety alert symbol, is used to address practices not related to
personal injury.

READ BEFORE OPERATING

Never work with equipment you feel may be unsafe. Contact your supervisor immediately if you feel a piece of equipment is in
unsafe condition.

Cleaning solutions may be irritating to skin and eyes. Always wear gloves, apron and safety glasses when using. If splashed in
eyes, flush thoroughly with water and follow directions on cleaning solution.

UNPACKING

1) When the equipment is received, inspect the packaging exterior for shipping damage.
2) Report any visible packaging damage to the freight carrier immediately.
3) Carefully open the packaging and remove any packing material.
4) Remove the equipment from the carton and visually inspect for concealed damage.
5) Report any concealed damage to the freight carrier immediately.

Important: All claims for shipping damage must be handled directly with the freight carrier. Do NOT return damaged equipment to
Graymills without first obtaining an RMA.
