5.2 Checking fax operations performed until now 5
Reference
- Active list displays jobs which are being transmitted or waiting to be transmitted. Selecting a job and
pressing [Delete] deletes the job selected.
- Log list displays the job transmitted. Select a job and press [Details] to check the No., Type, User Name,
Result, Address, Time Stored, Time Finished, and Originals.
- When the fax is not normally transmitted due to the line being busy or by a transmission error, queued
transmission job starts which automatically redials (retransmits) after a specified period of time. For de-
tails, refer to chapter 6 of the [User's Guide Fax Operations].

Fax Report
A log of the transmissions and receptions can be viewed in a report and printed.
