5.10.12 Application - Annotation
Scanned and saved document data can be printed or transmitted with an image of the date/time or an
annotation number.
Selecting the Annotation User Box
To use the Annotation User Box function, scanned data must be saved in the Annotation User Box in
advance. Annotation numbers are specified for each User Box. Select the User Box to save the data.

Date/Time
Prints the date and time data that has been printed on a page.
Item Description
Date Format Select the format to display the date.
Time Format Specify whether to add the time, and select the
format to display the time.
Pages Select whether to print on All Pages or 1st Page
Only.
Print Position Print Position Select the print position.
Fine-Tune To fine-tune the print position, press [Adjust Posi-
tion]. Specify the shift length of the print position
to the left, right, top or bottom using a value be-
tween 1/16 and 1-15/16 inches (0.1 and 50.0 mm)
