Stamp
Prints a predetermined character string such as [URGENT] on a page.
Header/Footer
This function inserts headers or footers on all pages. Before you insert the header or footer, you must register
their contents in Administrator Settings. Press [Check/Change Temporarily] to change the registered settings
for printing.

[Stamp Type/Preset Stamps]
Select the stamp type such as URGENT, PLEASE
REPLY or DO NOT COPY.
[Pages]
Select whether to print the date and time on all
pages or the first page only.
[Text Color]
Select the printing color from black, red, blue,
green, yellow, cyan, or magenta.
[Text Size]
Select the printing text size from Minimal or Std.
(Standard).
[Print Position]
[Print Position]
Select the print position.
[Fine-Tune]
To fine-adjust the print position, press [Adjust Po-
sition]. Specify the shift length of the print position
to the left, right, top or bottom using a value be-
tween 1/16 and 1-15/16 inches (0.1 and 50.0 mm)
